ATL Autohaus, ground breaking…on January 24, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Featuring a star-studded line-up, the ATL Autohaus’ ground-breaking ceremony, held on January 18th, 2012, was nothing short of just that… ground breaking. Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller and quite a few of the current state ministers were present; and in addition to these persons were members of the opposition including Mr. Andrew Holness and other dignitaries. This goes to show how embedded in our culture Adam Stewart has brought the German car manufacturer.
ATL Autohaus, a member of the ATL Group, has been known for its reliability, precision, dependability and world class customer service, virtues that may have transcended from their sibling company Sandals Hotel, a leader in hospitality. Guests were ushered in with utmost care before being presented with the day’s preceding. “It is about pleasing our customers,” Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart stated, evidence of which looms in the atmosphere of any of their facilities. We can safely assume that the new Audi center will fall nothing short of this pedestal.
“Jamaica is ready for investments” the Honorable Portia Simpson-Miller exclaimed, ensuring that her cabinet will support projects such as these to encourage job growth, I wonder if the JEEP she refers to is actually the Q7. ATL will spend one billion on the erection of the new facility, possibly an indication of the growth potential foreseen by Mr. Stewart.” We will set the standards in Jamaica “assured Mr. Brian Stevenson, ATL Automotives Managing Director, as he gave the vote of thanks to sum up the ceremony.
Next was the launch of the A6 at Tinson Pen Aerodrome, elegant to say the least, inviting of course, immaculate execution… exactly. Diego Ramos, President of Audi for Latin America and the Caribbean greeted us with the message, “The A6 is the best sedan in the world”. Doug confirmed somewhat, after a brief conversation where he stated, “One reason why you should buy this car, if you decide to drive from Mobay to Kingston, in this car, at the end of the journey you would’ve felt like you only went to Falmouth.” Besides the technical perspicacity engineered within the A6; Jamnav debuted the installation of their software within factory components…now you don’t have to worry about getting lost whilst showing off the prestigious A6 to relatives in deep rural areas.
The 2012 A6 employs a great deal of aluminum and high-tech steel, sewn into the structure of the sleek sedan. These materials, quoted by Audi, will decrease weight yet provide the structural rigidity critical for handling and safety. In the end, they contrived a vehicle of increased performance in comparison to its predecessors and a handful of models that are currently in its class.
Audi’s A6 is sheer brilliance, offering an experience of driving pleasure and technological comforts. Such a car requires a brilliant team to introduce, inform, and provide service to its budding list of potential customers; it requires a company whose service is ‘unbeatable.’
